MONETARY AGREEMENTS SIGNED (llec. 8 a.m.) WASHINGTON, December 28. The Bretton Woods Monetary Agreements for establishing aa 8,800,000,OOOdol currency stabilisation fund and a 9,100,000,000d0l international bank were signed at the State Department at a ceremony at which about 30 nations were represented.
