SURF CHAMPIONSHIPS
o INVITATION TO NEW ZEALAND SYDNEY, December 28. A New Zealand team has been invited to compete in the Australian surf championships, to be held in Sydney on March 16. In the 1937 championships a New Zealand team took part. The New Zealanders were outstanding in the individual surf swims, but below tho Australian standard in the team events.
