ABORTIVE KURDISH RISING DEATH SENTENCES IN ABSENTIA (Rec. noon.) BAGHDAD, Dec. 27. A court martial sentenced to death in their absence Milla Mustafa Albarazani, his brother, Sheikh Ahmad Albarazina, and 33 of their followers who Avere charged with rebellion against the Iraq Government. Reuter’s Baghdad correspondent says those condemned are leading Kurdish tribesmen who launched a revolt in Northern Iraq last August and established a Kurdish Committee of Liberation. Iraq Government troops, supported by planes, attacked and occupied the rebel stronghold in Northern Kurdistan last October, but Mulla Mustafa, . his brother, and remnants of their followers fled to Persia.
