PRESIDENT TRUMAN BROADCASTS
NEW YORK, December 27. _ Speaking at Kansas City, President Truman told a Press conference that he plans to address the nation by radio when be returns to Washington. The speech will include not only an explanation of his legislation proposed for ending strikes,, but will also review the entire legislative programme.
