YUGOSLAVIA DEMANDS EXTRADITION BELGRADE, December 27., The Yugoslav War Crimes CommisBion has asked the Allies for the extradition from Italy of .& number or Italian generals who commanded the Italian occupation troops during, the war, and who are accused of atrocities, says Tanjig (the Yugoslav News Agency). The generals include Mario Iloatta, commander of the Italian Second Army, who has not been heard of since his escape from the Rome Prison Hospital last March. A® Umberto Fatiri who is accused' of, the responsibility for shooting 151, civilians and si) prisoners of war, burning down houses, and bombing defenceless villages. . "
