DUTCH MINISTERS IN LONDON

• LONDON, Dec. 26. The Dutch Premier, Professor Scliermerhorn, has arrived in London by air for discussions on the Indonesian problem. With him are Dr Van Mook and Dr J. H. Van Royen, Minister without portfolio, who is deputising for the Dutch Foreign Minister, M. Van Kleffens, who is ill. Dr Van Mook has announced that enough Dutch ships will probably be available to carry rice and relieve famine, -which is especially serious in Central Java. The Dutch would call on the Indonesians to co-operate in the distribution of the rice.
