SERVICEMEN GOLFERS. —Over 40 returned servicemen members and ex-members of the Belleknowes Golf Club took part in a most successful "Diggers' Day" golf tournament on the Belleknowes course on Saturday, and some very good golf was produced despite the strong wind. The winner of the principal event, a single stroke handicap, was A. Davie, seated on the right in the front.
