TAVERNER.—On November 6, at Dunedin, Ada, dearly beloved wife of John Hewetfc Taverner, Taieri Beach, mother of Mesdames King (Maheno), Bayne (Taieri Beach), John (Dunedin), Colin (Alfredton), Gavin (Taieri Beach); in her seventy-eighth year. —' The Funeral will leave our Chapel, 29 Marion street,- on Thursday, the Bth inst., at the conclusion ,of the service, commencing at 1 p.m., for the Taieri Beach Cemetery.—C. ' WHITBURN.—On November 6, 1945 (the result of an accident), at Dunedin, Cecil (Peter), dearly beloved husband of Ruby Whitburn, 61 Opoho road, end loved father of Mrs J. Bruce (Oamaru) and Joyce; aged 44 years. Deeply mourned. The Funeral will, leave our Chapel, 78 St; Andrew street, on Thursday, the Btoi inst., at 2 p.m. (service at 1.45 p.m.), for the Anderson's Bay Cemetery.—Hope and Kin-aston,-funeral directors
