INDIAN ARMY COMMISSIONS
NEW DELHI, Oct. 22. General Auchinleck has issued a communique announcing the complete staffing of the future Indian Army with Indians. The granting of commissions in the three services will in future be restricted to Indians, although a quota of British officers will remain serving until' a sufficient reserve of Indians is trained.
