INDEPENDENCE FOR OUtER MONGOLIA
MOSCOW, October 22
Election returns from Outer Mongolia show that the citizens of Ulaubator. the capital city, voted by 24,683 to 0 in favour of national independence for a Mongolian t People’s Republic. The Tass Agency says the returns from other centres are showing similar unanimity.
