DUTCH POLITICAL PRISONERS
MEASURES FR CONDITIONAL RELEASE (Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 21. The Dutch Minister of Justice. Dr Kolfscboten, announced measures for the conditional release of a large proportion of minor offenders among thousands of political prisoners. After tlip severe measures of the transition period, it was time to regain the normal conception of justice. Habeas corpus guarantee was being formulated to prevent illegal arrests.
