FUTURE PLANS INDICATED (llec. 11 a.m.) LONDON, .Oct. 21. Pilots Si the Fleet Air Arm,;who signed on for hostilities .only, are being offered a £SOO gratuity to stay ill the service for another four years. It is a stop-gap measure, says the ‘ Daily Express ’ naval correspondent, to operate until Fleet Air Arm post-war airmen can be trained and the increased needs of the service in the atomic ago finally determined. ' He adds that many of the best hostilities only airmen and aircrews are likely to stay in the service, forming, the Fleet Air Ann’s backbone, in the transition years, in which aircraft carriers will be undoubtedly equipped with atom bomb-carrying aircraft. ' ;
