PERON'S CANDIDATURE
PERMITTED BY ARMY (Rec. noon.) BUENOS AIRES, October 19. It is reliably reported that the army will permit Colonel Peron to stand for President on April 7, but has stipulated that the Government must be impartial in the elections.
