RED ARMY PILLAGING
CONCERN IN POLAND (Rec. 11.5 a.m.) PARIS, Oct. 19. The Polish Ambassador, M. Stanislas Shrezeszewski, indicated at a Press conference that pillaging by the Red army in Poland was causing serious concern to tho Government. He ascribed the pillaging to Russian soldiers who were not ainder Red army discipline, and pointed out that action by the Polish authorities alone could only cause regrettable incidents..
