BIRKENHEAD DOCKERS TO RESUME
(Rec 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, October 19. The Birkenhead dockers by a two to one majority decided to return to work to-morrow. The Press Association says the decision is regarded as highly significant, as the strike last month originated at Birkenhead. The Minister of Mr G. A. Isaacs, told the House of Commons that 38,700 men were on strike in Britain's docks. There was no material change in the situation.,
