This income can be regarded as the wife's income. Depending on whether the son is over or under 18 years of age, the ta xpayable on the family's income would amount to between £2O and £3O.
"Ratepayer."—ln the absence of any specific arrangement the landlord of a. furnished house is liable for fair wear and tear to the furniture, but. the tenant is responsible for damage and breakage.
