[By Watchee.] Snow fell in Oamaru yesterday, but of insufficient depth to affect the going for the Oamaru Trotting Club's meeting. J. Young has Suzerain, Raven, Sure Lady, Special Edition, and Rival Chief engaged at Oamaru. M. Holmes has four. The following are other couplings at the Oamaru meeting:—lntroductory Handicap: All Credit and Mamanuas, Heir Apparent and Madk Sure. President's Handicap: Liberty Bond and Tam O'Shanter. Dash Handicap: Caledonian Girl and Slavonic, Liberty Bond and Tam O'Shanter.
Riding engagements have been made for the "Gore meeting on Labour Day as follows:—W. F. Ellis—Silver-stream, Good Cast. Eriskay; B. J. Langford— Pride of Mossburn. Sea Power, Te'Anau Lady (Novice Handicap), Kohara, Powvs, and Royal Coon; J. W. Dooley, Signal Officer, Salad; G. Barclay. Bayreuth. Sing Sing; H. Shannon, Nor'wester.
