NO EARLY MEETING CONTEMPLATED* AMERICA TRYING TO BREAK LONDON STALEMATE (Rec. noon.) WASHINGTON. Oct. 18. No meeting of the Big Three was contemplated to remove the stalemate after the recent meeting of the Foreign Ministers’ Council, said President Truman at a Press conference.
