ALLEGED LETTER TO IBN SAUD

(Rec. noon.) LONDON, October 18. All Arabic papers in the Middle East are publishing to-morrow what purports to be a letter from President Roosevelt to Ibn Saud (King of Saudi Arabia) pledging the United States not to take <- any action in Palestine which might make enemies of the Arab people, says Reuter’s Jerusalem correspondent.
