TO VOTE IN RUSSIAN ELECTIONS
EAST PRUSSIA AND SOUTHERN SAKHALIN LONDON. October 17. Bast Prussia and Southern Sakhalin will vote in the Russian General Elections in February, says the Moseow correspondent of the Associated Press. They will thus become domestic Russian electoral districts. ;
