MOSGIEL DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL

The monthly meeting of the Mosgiel School Committee was presided over by Mr G. T. Boyd. The rector reported that the school spring flower show had been quite successful, soma 551 entries having been staged. The flowers were well arranged and there was a credit balance. On the rector's suggestion -it was decided to take steps to secure a daily

running of the bus which carried pupils from the Plain, instead of tri-weeiriy as at present. Advice was received from the Education Board that additional coal storage would he provided. Nurse Harley presented the monthly report on the dental clinic. Treatments had been given to Mosgiel, East Taiori, Henley, Wylie's Crossing, and P.S.A. children. Accounts totalling £ls 12s 6d were passed for payment.
