ANTI-GOVERNMENT DEMONSTRATION

Argentina's Radical Party states that mounted - police used sabres against men, women, and children and injured a number of people in "breaking up an'anti-Government demonstration by. 50,000 members of the party. It was claimed that the police used sabres, even inside hotel bars, hitting people brutally. Rectors and deans of th« nation's six leading universities have resolved to ask the Supreme Court to take over the Government and hold a national election immediately. • '
