BERLIN DEMONSTRATION POORLY ATTENDED
LONDON, August 12. Only 6QO people participated in Berlin’s first United Front demonstration, organised by the four political parties, Communists, Socialists, Christian Democrats, and Liberals, says Reuter’s correspondent. The mayor, Herr Werner, in a speech, said: “The worst legacy left us by Hitler is that we are Yegarded with contempt by other nations.”
