NEW CORINTH CANAL
BRITISH LOAN TO GREECE EQUAL RIGHT TO USE *_ (Rec. 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 14. The British Treasury is lending Greece £120,000 for reconstruction of the Corinth Canal, reports the Exchange Telegraph’s Athens correspond dent. A convention will be made between Britain and Greece for a further loan of £200,000 for enlargement of the canal, in which British shipping will enjoy euual rights Avith Greek.
