SAILING FOR OSLO

NORWAY'S EXILE GOVERNMENT LEAVES ENGLAND (Rec. noon.) RUGBY, May 27. Several hundred Norwegians, including the Prime Minister, Johann Nygaardsvold, the president of the Norwegian Parliament, and the new United States Ambassador, Mr Lithgow Osborne, arrived in special trains and boarded the Royal Mail liner Andes at

Liverpool to-day prior to sailing to Oslo. Most of them were the Government and administrative staffs, with their wives and families, who have carried on in England since their country was occupied. The Prime Minister, in a farewell message, said they were very happy to be going home, but felt sadness at leaving a country where so much kindness had been shown. With the party also was Brigadier T. T. Waddington, former commander of the Mersey garrison, who is going out in charge of the Uhrra mission.
