PRESIDENT REFUSES TO SEE HIS SONS (MANILA, May 25. President Osmena declined to see his two sons, at present imprisoned on charges of collaboration. He said the entire matter was in the hands of the army. " I. am remaining completely apart from them. I want to show them they cannot expect any special consideration."
