At the closing session of the Labour Party Conference Miss Elle"n Wilkinson moved a resolution which was carried in silence with the delegates standing, recording appreciation of the heroism and self-sacrifice of the men and women who were kept in German concentration camps for fighting for socialism against the Nazi and Fascist creeds. Miss Wilkinson said they were the people who kept the soul of Germany's finer traditions alive.
