LONDON, May 25. No matter what is the result of the British election, the Labour Party will not enter a coalition with the Conservatives. This assurance was given on behalf of the party executive by Professor Harold Laski, the new chairman of the Labour Party, speaking at the Blackpool conference. As to another form of coalition and as to what would happen if Labour were _ returned as the strongest party but without a clear majority, he asked the conference not to tie the party's hands, but to give the executive full freedom of . action.
