MR CHURCHILL'S PLANS
(Rec". 8 a.m.) LONDON, May 25. ' The Times ' Parliamentary roundsman says Mr Churchill does not intend to form a mere "caretaker" Government, but to establish as strong _and broadly-based Government as possible. It will be this Government which he will ask the nation to return to power after the election:-, If successful his aim will be to strengthen the Government still further.
