LONDON POLISH GOVERNMENT'S REQUEST
(Rec. 11.45 a.m.) SAN FRANSISCO, April 30. The Polish,'Government in London has presented a memorandum to the Uncio delegates asking for elimination of the-Big Power veto and the inclusion of a clear definition of aggression along the lines;of the Polish-Soviet treaty signed in 1933. The London Government said although it was not invited to the conference, it felt responsible as the " only legal representative of the Polish nation " to submit suggestions on the behalf of Poland.
