NASSAU. April 29. The Duke of Windsor bade farewell to the people of the Bahamas in a three-minute broadcast, assuring them that they have " not seen the last of us.'' He described the departure of himself and the Duchess as closing an interesting and happy chapter in their lives. The Duke and Duchess ended the broadcast together with the words, " Au revoir."
