TO GUARD NAZI PRISONERS

(ltec. 11 a.m.) XKW YORK, April 2d. Major-general Thomas Terry, commander of the Second Service Command, announced that American soldiers liberated from German prison camps will be assigned to operate prisoner-of-war camps housing Germans in New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. The announcement said American officers and men who had experienced enemy captivity and detention are considered eminently qualified for these duties.
