LAVAL WILLING TO SURRENDER
(Rec. 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, April M. According to Paris radio, Laval, Deat, and Luchaire asked the Swiss authorities for permission to pass through Switzerland in order to surrender themselves to the French courts.
The Russian Embassy in Paris announced that Herriot and his wife, who were last week, are both in good he.ii'li pi:d spirit*.
