INFANT SCALDED. When he fel into a bath of hot water at his home a; 15 Embo street, Cavershani, yesterdty, Desmond Jones, aged 22 months, received scalds necessitating his admision to hospital at 7.30 p.m. FRACTURED ANKLE. A fractured ankle was received by Mrs Phyllis Hill, aged 43, who lives at 57 Wansbec; street, Oamaru, when she slipped anl fell in Stuart street yesterday aftenoon. She was admitted to the Dunedir, Hospital. BULIET WOUND. Owen Butler,aged 28, who lives at 43 Main South road, was admitted to the Hospital lae yesterday afternoon with a bullet wund in his right log, received when s .22 calibre rifio was accidentaly discbrged at his hom©n
