DUNEEIIN CHAMPIONSHIPS The senior and junior Dunedin ladies' golf championships, -which are being played on the St. Clair course, reached the semi-final stage yesterday afternoon, and both consolation events were also advanced to the semi-finals. The Australian. Stableford was concluded. Results:— Senior Championship (semi-finals). — Mrs McCarthy (St. Clair) heat Mrs Wight (St. Clair), B.and 6: Mrs'Salisbury (Invercargiil) beat Mrs McLean (St. Clair), 3 and 2. Junior Championship (semi-final). — Mrs Wooding (Chisholm Park) beat Mrs Trewern (St. Clair), 2 and 1; Mrs Stirling (Otago) beat Mrs Boyd (Otago), 5 and 4. Senior Consolation (semi-final). — Mrs Martin (Gore) beat Mrs Joblin (St. Clair), 3 and 2; Miss James (St. Clair) beat Mrs Burn (St. Clair), 4 and 3.

Junior Consolation (semi-final). — Mrs Duncan (Otago) beat Mrs Hain (Gore), 2 borne) beat Mrs Sherriff (St. Clair). 7 and 6. The winners of the Australian Stableford were as follows: Morning Play.—A grade: Mrs Gorman (St. Clair) 25 B grade: Mrs Mitchell (Otago) 27. Afternoon Play.—A grade: Mrs Reid (Gore) 5 down. B grade: Mrs Dolan (Otago) 2 down. OTAGO CLUB. An L.G.U. medal match was played oh Tuesday. The best scores were as follows :—A grade: Miss Elliott 94—15 —79. B grade: Mrs Gaffin 96—20 76, Mrs Stirling 96—19—77, Miss Hindle 100—33—77.
