INTERPROVINCIAL CRICKET
RETURN OTAGO-CANTERBURY MATCH The return representative cricket match between Otago and Canterbury will be played at Oarisbrook on February 9, 10, and 12. If the present weather continues a fast wicket should be available, and patrons can look forward to seeing some high-class cricket. Canterbury has a strong, side, which includes some outstanding players. Otago supporters are confident that the Otago team will make a good showing in this game, as (he recent spell of weather has enabled' the players to secure much-needed practice. The hours of play will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1.45. p.m. to 3.4-5 p.m., and 4- p.m. to 6 p.m. Admission to the ground will bo by the Burns street gates only. On the Saturday morning at 9.30 Mr I. Cromb, the New Zealand and Canterbury representative player, will give a talk on cricket, to all. schoolboys with passes, and junior players interested are invited to be present. The Canterbury team will arirve on Thursday evening and will stay at the Grand Hotel.
