s—,$ —, ASSEMBLY DISCUSSION IN CSMMITTEE (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 3. The troubles of the Auckland Baptist Tabernacle had, ah early airing- when the annual assembly of the Baptist Union began its business sessions this morning. The annual report of the union contained a brief reference to the suspension of Dr A. L. Hodge. The Rev. A. S. Wilson said: MI want this Assembly to know that they have a chance of healing up this breach. ' When Mr Wilson was ruled out of order he said: "1 am glad,l got that in, anyhow." Later the 'president mentioned that the whole question was to be discussed in committee, and a statement would be made after.
