TENOR GiGU'S BROTHER-IN-LAW ARRESTED (Rec. 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 8. The police to-day entered the home of the singer, Beniamino Gigli and arrested his brother-in-law, Emilio Cerroni, and his two body: guards, says the British ■ United Press's Rome correspondent. Cerroni is accused of denouncing to the Germans tie patriot Giuseppe Albano, aged 17, who was credited with killing 80 Germans and 17 Italian Fascists.
