COMMON WEALTH PARTY WOULD JOIN LABOUR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright (Rec. 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, Oct..a. The Common Wealth Party, which ia the youngest British political party, ia private conference to-day decided to ap-' proach the Labour Party to discuss affiliation. A committee of 11, including the leader, Sir Richard Acjand, an MJ?., and the national chairman, Mr R. W. Mac'kay, was nominated to make the approach. A Common Wealth Party official said: "We are determined that next Parliament shall consist, of an overwhelming Socialist majority, and we believe the only way to achieve this is for the Left to be united now.'i
