RETURNING TO RUMANIA MEXICO CITY, October 6. The Associated Press says palace officials reported that ex-King Carol, bidding farewell to President Camacko, told him that he was returning to Rumania, but may remain in Lisbon (for the proper moment. He thanked President Camacho for hospitable asylum since June, 1941.
