ZONING OF EGGS.
* TO THE EDITOR Sir, —Hats off to the dairymen of Westport, who. will not stand for zoning. They agree that the public should be entitled to deal wherever they choose, and quite right, too. Now, I say that the same thing should apply to eggs. We boast of a free country and send our sons to fight for it. Yet we must buy eggs where we arc told. I have dealt with a certain egg firm for years. To-day I am told that firm cannot supply me any more. 1 must go to a firm I have never done business with., I shall be a new client to them. Imagine how many eggs I shall get for my business; all their old customers will come first, and new clients will get what is left over (perhaps).—l am, etc., .
