ANGLO-AMERICAN OIL TALKS

(Bee. 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, July 12. Negotiations between the United States and the British Governments on the subject of oil will be resumed shortly. The Foreign Office states that the British delegation will be Lord Beaverbrook, Mr R. K. Law, Minister of State, Mr Geoffrey Lloyd, chairman of the Oil Control Board, and Mr Ralph Assbeton, Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
