EXTENSION OF OVERSEAS WORK
(Rec. 10.35 a.m.) RUGBY, July 12. Arrangements have been completed for overseas flotillas of National Fire Service fire hoats to be on call for firefifihting i n Continental ports and harbours in support of the army fire service boats. This new N.F.S. contribution to the offensive is in addition to the N.F.S. overseas contingent now ready for ' immediate embarkation for land' fire fighting on the Continent.
