BLACK.—On July 13, 1944, at Dunedin, James-, loved husband of the late- Janet Black, of Tiverton street, Palmerston. Deeply mourned.—Tho Funeral will leave the residence on Saturday, the 15th inst., at 2.30 p.m., for the Palmerston Cemetery. —Hope and Kinaston, funeral directors HOOK.—On July 13, 1944, at Dunedin, Jean ftae, beloved wife of C. J. Hook, of 125 Maitland street, and loved mother of Muriel, Irene, Eae, and Captain Eric Hook, C. J. Hook, and the late A.B. Roy Hook and A.B. Hob Hook.
