AIR CHIEFS IN NORMANDY
(R-ec. 11 a.m.) IRUGBY, July 10. The Air Secretary, Sir Archibald Sinclair, and the Chief of the Air Staff, Sir Charles Portal, have visited Normandy and inspected concrete .sites captured by the Americans on Cherbourg Peninsula.
