SWEDISH BALL-BEARINGS
DIRECT NEGOTIATIONS WITH FIRMS STOCKHOLM, May 9.: Mr Stanton Griffis, the representative of the United. States Foreign Economic Administration, said he had come to Sweden to try to settle the ball-bearing question on a purely business basis. He would negotiate directly with the firms concerned and not with the Swedish Government;. The British Government is in complete agreement with his proposed course of action
