PEOPLE TOLD TERMS
BROADCAST OVER RADIO (Rec. 1.5 p.m.) (RUGBY, March 1. The people of Finland were told today for the first time of the Russian terms for an armistice. The statement was made over their own radio, and it stated that some of the terms were for immediate acceptance, while others were for negotiation in Moscow.
