RUSSIAN OFFICERS WATCH EXERCISES (Dec. 11.5 a.m.) LONDON. Feb. 29. Two Russian Admirals, a general, and other members of the Soviet Military Mission in Britain participated in the recent two-day exercises held jointly by the United States army and navy personnel on an English coast area as part of the American preparations for the second front in Europe.
