LINDSAY.-On October 23, 1943, at Bywater Cottage, Laieham, Middlesex '(suddenly, of heart failure), Ernest Charles Lindsay, dearly beloved' husband of Mary Campbell Lindsay. , a McEWAN.—On ' January 26, 1944, at Ihinedin, Beverley Joyce, infant daughter of Alexander and Mavis McEwan, Mosgiel Junction; aged five weeks.—Private interment.—K. PLANK.—On January 23, 1944, at Auckland Hospital (result of accident), Ellen, Nearly beloved wife of the late John Plank, and loved mother of Rosaline, Evan, Neil, and Cyril (overseas), of 279 Anderson's Bay road; aged 54 vears. R.I.P. Requiem Mass at fct. Patrick's" Basilica, South Dunedm, on Saturday January 29, at 9 a.m.—The Funeral will leave the Basilica immediately after Mass for the Anderson's Bay Cemetery.—Cole and Son, funeral directors.
