RATEPAYERS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Statutory Penalty of Ten Per Cent, provided under Section 76 of " The Rating Act, 1925," will be added to all Rates payable to the St. Kilda Borough Council remaining unpaid after WEDNESDAY, February 2, 1944, at 4.30 p.m. There is no provision tor the remission of the penally if from any cause the rates are unpaid after the above-mentioned date.
